Refund and Returns Policy

At Crafted Coffee Co., we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take a few days to process, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for an exchange of the product, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including shipping costs, once the defective or damaged product is returned to us.

6. Non-Returnable Items
